Shipping & Delivery
We ship using FEDEX, USPS, UPS, and DHL. These rates are calculated in the shipping calculator on line. Taxes will be added where applicable. International duties are the responsibility of the customer, please check with your post master on current rates.
We guarantee all workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase . This guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, airline mishandling, direct punctures or, worn out/broken zippers, or anything of that nature. Should your bag need a bit of work please send it to us and we can get you a quote on what it will take to repair. Please note that our products are not made to be weather proof.
Please note that the Laminated materials may often differ from the pictures shown. Due to the nature of our business of fashioning bags out of used sails, some discoloration, mildew, rust, wrinkles and warn spots may occur. Stenciling may bleed if exposed to solvents and or certain sunblocks. This is just part of the appeal.
Online, Retail Returns, Repairs & Replacements
Please return the online order item to us and we will process the return within 7 days. Should you need a few stitches we will take care of that and we will ship the repaired item back to you. Return shipping fees must be sent in a check for $12.
There is a 20% restocking fee associated with all online returns, as we on occasion have to fill orders that aren’t in stock right away. Now that’s customer service! Retail store sales are final. Returns/Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please use a method of shipping that requires a signature upon delivery.
ALL CUSTOM, STENCILED ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGES.
Exchanges will only be accepted with a copy of the original receipt from the store or site you purchased it from. Please enclose a note with any additional information, including name, daytime phone, address, etc . . .
Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees for exchanges are to be sent with the exchange, in either a check or a credit card number.
Processing time for exchanges varies depending on current inventory. If the item you prefer is in stock, we usually can ship to you within 24 hours. If the item is backordered we will contact you with a delivery date. Deposits on corporate orders are non refundable, as this money is already spent on your production costs.
